Overview

Visual Voice Mail allows you to visually interact with your voice mail.

NOTE: This topic describes how to use Visual Voice Mail on NuPoint Unified Messaging (Standalone) and MiCollab Nupoint UM.

Operation

5330/5330e IP Phone,

To display details about a message:

  1. Press the key or the programmable key assigned to the Visual Voice Mail application.

  2. Log in to your mailbox.

  3. Press on a message in your message list. The window can display the following information about your message:

  4. Message type: All, New, or Saved

  5. Date, time and duration of message

In this window, you can save, play or delete the message. You can dial the message sender or add the message sender to your contact list.

  1. To view other messages and their details, use the navigation keys to move up or down through your message list.

5340/5340e IP Phone and 5360 IP Phone

To display details about a message:

  1. Press the key (5340 IP Phone) or the icon (5360 IP Phone).

  2. Log in to your mailbox.

  3. Press on a message in your message list. The window can display the following information about your message:

  4. Message type: All, New, Saved, Confidential, Urgent or Recorded

  5. Date, time and duration of message

In this window, you can save, play or delete the message. You can dial the message sender or add the message sender to your contact list.
